DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

• All shipments are usually made by the United States Postal Service via First Class Mail, insured. Other delivery options can be requested by you. Please be aware that UPS and FedEx tend to be very careless in handling packages and I usually will not ship with either of them because of the likelihood of damage to the items shipped. Insurance and a small handling fee to cover packaging materials only are included in shipping costs.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

• All shipments are usually made by the United States Postal Service via First Class International Mail. Other delivery options can be requested by you but can be quite expensive, depending on the country shipped to. All customs and duty fees are the responsibility of you, the consumer, and will not be paid by Whiterose Graphics. All customs forms will be legally completed by Whiterose Graphics at the time of shipping, and no attempt will be made to misrepresent the contents of the package in order to circumvent customs inspection.
